In one-on-one sessions, you have the space to bring your entire self into the coaching room. Whether it’s exploring past traumas, discussing specific behavior patterns, or working through a unique situation at work, we’ll tailor our time to your exact needs. Group settings simply don’t allow for this kind of depth and customization.
A Safe, Trigger-Free Environment
Many clients have shared how group sessions can sometimes trigger uncomfortable feelings when hearing others' stories. This is understandable, and it’s why many group courses tend to shy away from exploring the why behind illness. In contrast, one-on-one coaching allows us to dive into your personal experience without worry, focusing exclusively on your story and your path forward.

The connection you’ll build with me in one-on-one sessions is powerful. I’ll listen closely, pick up on patterns, and help uncover emotional insights that often get missed in group settings. This deep level of engagement ensures that your needs are fully heard, seen, and addressed.
Tailored Support Beyond Our Sessions
Depending on where you are in your journey and the progress we make together, I may recommend additional resources or specialists to complement our work. For instance, I collaborate with a breathwork coach who has also recovered from Long COVID, and in some cases, their expertise may be beneficial for you.
